Why Donate?
Thanks to loyal friends like you, we are able to share the rarest collection of California collectibles and agricultural artifacts in the world with the public. Did you know that we are a destination for travelers from all over the nation and world?
Every year thousands of people from all walks of life, some from as far as New Zealand and Germany, visit the museum. No mater their background, they leave the museum with a new perspective about agriculture and California's place in agricultural history. For many visitors the museum stirs a feeling of connection to their roots.
The California Agriculture Museum is a privately funded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your support, in all forms, makes it possible for the museum to stay open to the public, preserve and protect the collection, maintain educational programming, and continue to engage the public in interesting and meaningful ways.
The Museum will close to the public after March 30th, 2025 in preparation for relocation.
The Museum is set to re-open once a new location has been selected. During the Hiatus, there will be private showings of the collection by appointment only. Stay tuned and details of appointments will be announced.
Now more than ever we’re so grateful for the community that has funded, volunteered, celebrated and advocated for the California Agriculture Museum through the years. At a time when everything feels uncertain, we find comfort and encouragement knowing that you care about our cause!
We’ve overcame many obstacles thanks to your generous contributions, but there is still work to be done. By making a donation YOU make it possible for us to continue to share one of the nation’s most unique collections of tractors and agricultural artifacts.
It’s your support that makes it possible and will be the reason why the Museum has a future! We receive equipment and tractor donation request on the daily. Although it is a bittersweet moment to leave our current location but it will only help us bring even more artifacts and share the history behind them.
Thank you for your contributions!
